often defines the company. While installation and applications training
is offered with the sale of every Images-on-Call teleradiology system,
it is the service after the sale that will judge us. Through extensive
use of remote diagnostics, we can diagnose and resolve most problems
that may occur. During warranty periods, if a machine cannot be
repaired in the field, we overnight a replacement, in most cases,
to keep you up and running. In addition, Images-on-Call offers HelpLine
24/7, an annual contract for technical assistance anytime of the
day, any day of the year.
